The Scioto Southland Civic Association is a community-based organization funded by citizen volunteers seeking to improve their lives and the lives of their neighbors on the far south side of Columbus. We strive to be a voice for our community, especially when other entities may not listen. However, as a volunteer organization not recognized by the city, we are bound by the limitations of time, labor, skill, funds, the Far South Area Commission, and the city of Columbus itself.
Our goal is to pitch in and help out wherever we can, and when we can’t, we’ll try to connect you with the resources you need. While we may not always be able to resolve every issue, we are committed to doing our best to assist and advocate for our neighbors. Please note that, due to our limited resources, we are unable to provide financial assistance or ongoing services. However, we are here to connect you with available resources and to support you in any way we can.
